Business address: Scotland Contact: rgfxuk@gmail.com What we collect and why We use your name, email, password hash, purchases and download records to create your account and perform our contract with you. We keep payment records where required by law. We use session and security records to keep accounts safe, relying on legitimate interests in preventing fraud and abuse. We store favourites at your request. Your display name and reviews are public; your email, favourites and download history are private. Payments and other providers One-off purchases are handled by RGFX billing and its configured WHMCS payment providers. When Stripe checkout is enabled, we share the details needed to process your purchase with Stripe and store checkout and payment identifiers. We do not receive or store full card details. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the shop and deliver account messages. Website and customer account data are stored with RGFX’s. Retention Account and purchase records are kept while needed to maintain customer accounts, provide purchased downloads and resolve disputes. Payment records are retained for the applicable accounting and tax requirements. Support messages and security records are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed to resolve enquiries or investigate security incidents. Customers can request account closure or deletion by emailing [rgfxuk@gmail.com](mailto:rgfxuk@gmail.com). Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account is closed. Your rights You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and to object where we rely on legitimate interests. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will explain any limits that apply. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use account details for marketing through this shop. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data. Cookies We use essential session cookies and a local cookie-notice preference.
