Review the format, compatibility, files, licence and demo on each listing before buying. Prices are in GBP; check the total shown at checkout before paying. Payments use the checkout provider shown when you place your order. Paid downloads unlock after payment confirmation. Templates marked Free can be downloaded after signing in and include a single website licence. One-off digital purchases can also be cancelled within 14 days of making the contract. We do not ask you to waive this right by downloading. To cancel, email us with your name, account email, purchase date and order or invoice reference, stating that you want to cancel. You do not need to use a special form. We will refund eligible cancellations within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Cancelled or refunded purchases lose download access and the licence to use the files. If a file is missing, broken or materially different from its listing, email us with the order reference and describe the problem. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse or unauthorised distribution. You can contact us to question a suspension or make a complaint. Contact us with your order reference if you have a payment or download issue.
